XTao Inc. is a United States company that sells women’s apparel and fashion accessories online, through our storefront on the Amazon marketplace. We are based in Salem, New Hampshire, where we hold our inventory, inspect every style before it goes on sale, and pack and ship each order.

We keep the range deliberately tight. Rather than list thousands of styles we have never handled, we buy in depth from manufacturers we have worked with, check the fit and the finish ourselves, and put a style on sale only once we are satisfied with it. That is why our catalogue is small, and why we can describe fabric, fit, and care honestly on every product page.

What we sell

• Women’s apparel — dresses, tops, knitwear, and outerwear.
• Fashion accessories — scarves, bags, belts, and costume jewellery.

How we operate

Everything runs on documented records: purchase orders with our suppliers, inventory counts, marketplace-compliant listings, inspection notes taken before a style is released, and a full transaction history for every order. It makes us straightforward to deal with as a supplier partner and straightforward to verify for the marketplaces and payment providers we work with.

Where we sell

We sell as a third-party seller on the Amazon marketplace. Orders are placed, paid for, and returned through Amazon, under Amazon’s own conditions of sale, and eligible orders carry the Amazon A-to-z Guarantee. We pick, inspect, pack and dispatch those orders ourselves from Salem.

This website does not take orders. xtao.us is our company and brand site — it exists so that customers, suppliers, marketplaces and payment providers can see who we are, where we are, and how we operate. Our Shipping and Returns & Refunds pages set out the part we are responsible for on an Amazon order, and where Amazon’s policies take over.
